Typically, all orders ship within one business day of purchase. We do not operate over the weekends, and orders placed over the weekend will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. During busy periods, including holidays and sales periods, the processing time can increase to 2-3 business days before your package is shipped.

International shipments and faster shipping will require an extra fee.

Back Orders:

If an item is re-oredered you can get it after stock availability.  For any questions regarding Tarot order please contact us at info@essentialoil.com.

Returns:

APureJoY offers a 15 day return policy. If it is within the 15 days, we will happily accept any return for you. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a full product refund.  Please make sure the lid(s) are on tightly and include the order number in the package to ensure we issue the credit to the correct person. Please keep in mind, original shipping is not credited back and customers are responsible to pay for return shipping. Partial refunds may be issued for any product received in damaged condition or if significant product has been used.

If your order arrives with any damages please contact us right away and we would be happy to assist you. You to inform withing one working day .Please email and include a photo.  Please also include a detailed description of the problem along with your order number.  Product will be replaced or a refund can be submitted.
